Miley Cyrus now says this picture embarrasses her. What appears to be a satin sheet, glancing provocatively over her shoulder, her back exposed. The 15-year-old is apologizing to her fans. The pictures of Cyrus and her Father Billy Ray were taken by celebrity photographer Annie Leibowitz-- and Will appear in the next issue of Vanity Fair. The Disney Channel is none Too pleased, accusing Vanity Fair of creating a situation "to deliberately Manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines." But the magazine points out that Miley's parents or minders were with her during the photo shoot. The sultry images of her are at odds with her squeaky- clean image on the hit Disney TV show "Hannah Montana." She is a role model for her tween fans, who flocked to her sold out concert tour...and pure gold for Disney. The "G" rated franchise is expected to bring in a billion dollars this year. Online fans are talking-- one calling the photos "disgusting," another Scolding Leibovitz. At the Young Hollywood Awards show Cyrus's friends rushed to her defense: Taylor Swift, Singer: "People will jump all over you for the littlest things, and unfortunately the mistakes that people make in everyday life are blown out of proportion." Emmanuelle Chriqui, Actor: "I don't think it's a big deal. The girl has got her head screwed on straight. She's a superstar. She comes from a great home."
